Kinana Center is multi-story building includes a hotel, retail center and offices. The project has three parts – Office Building, Hotel Building and Retail Center.

The project is located in Jeddah on King Abdullah Road next to Jeddah Gate. It covers an area of 35000 sq. meters. The growing number of cars leads the problem of parking, but Kinana Center will have the sufficient parking space – total 441 cars can be occupied at the same time.

Project Goal and Scope:

• Preparing FLS Design package including life safety, fire protection, fire alarm, emergency lighting and smoke management systems drawings.-Preparing civil defense presenting report including calculations, design basis and complying aspects with civil defense requirements.

• Obtaining civil defense

• Attending and supervising the testing and commissioning on LFS

Coordinating the civil defense inspection on installed LFS works and handling issuance of operating license.
